Job summary

AmeriVet is seeking a personable Client Services Representative in East Longmeadow, MA. The CSR will manage front desk duties, multi-line calls, client education, and appointment triage to support efficient clinic operations.

Responsibilities include handling payments, updating client records, and coordinating with veterinarians. Requires HS diploma, outstanding customer service, and ability to stay calm in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Understands, communicates, and prioritizes scheduled appointments, client education, and lobby triage by vaccine, wellness, parasite, and retail needs to ensure an efficient schedule.
• Operates multi-line phone system; answers calls, places calls on hold, transfers, and pages staff.
• Empathizes with clients and remains calm during emergencies.
• Accepts payments and processes transactions accurately.
• Maintains up-to-date client and pet records and provides administrative support.
• Completes tasks as assigned by supervisors.
