Mission Pet Health is seeking a receptionist to join a growing veterinary network at our Indianapolis location. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, and coordinate care with compassion while maintaining accurate records and schedules.

You’ll handle financial transactions, educate clients on preventative care, and support the hospital in delivering high-quality medical service. A friendly, organized, and team-oriented approach is essential, with flexible weekends/holidays

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset with animal-loving attitude.
• Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and records.
• Experience with veterinary software preferred; flexibility for weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system and greet clients with compassion.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence for clients and treat each pet with care.
