Job summary

VEG is seeking a Nursing Trainer to lead education across our emergency hospitals. You will coach with compassion, tailor training to learning styles, and build confidence and careers in veterinary emergency medicine.

Your work touches every VEGgie, from on-floor practice to peer sessions and educational tools. You'll partner with leadership, assess staff, and develop content while upholding VEG's mission and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering clinical training.
• Proven ability to coach diverse teams and individuals.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs with leadership and teams.
• Assess assistants and technicians through observation.
• Lead VEG's Cultivate program and training initiatives.
• Develop and refine training content (presentations, videos, simulations).
• Balance on-floor mentoring with strategic development.
