Job summary

Angell Animal Medical Center seeks a Veterinary ER Technical Client Liaison to triage and advise clients on urgent care needs. This hybrid remote role requires a CVT with veterinary ER experience and strong communication skills.

The position includes intermittent onsite training at MSPCA-Angell Boston and a 40-hour work week. The ideal candidate has about 4 years in veterinary emergency and customer service, with the ability to triage calls and coordinate with ER staff to guide clients

Qualifications

• CVT required with veterinary emergency experience.
• Approximately 4 years of veterinary ER and customer service experience.
• Full-time, 40 hours, first shift, remote with intermittent onsite training.
• Must live within commuting distance to Angell Boston.

Responsibilities

• Triage clinical situations via telephone to determine if ER care is needed.
• Collaborate with ER Veterinary staff and other departments to determine best course of care.
• Provide empathetic client communication and guidance based on patient needs.
