MSPCA-Angell in Boston is seeking an experienced Client Liaison for our Communication Center. This full-time 40-hour, 2nd shift role supports client communications, appointment bookings, and status updates for veterinary care.

The position offers a primarily remote setup with occasional onsite training in Boston. You should have call center or medical office experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage schedules and relay sensitive information.

• Previous Animal Handling Experience
• High School diploma or better required.

Responsibilities

• Book patient appointments and manage scheduling.
