Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
• A degree from a Veterinary Technology program is preferred.
• Credentialed Veterinary Technician is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the success of clinic relationships to meet customer and company goals, improving utilization and adoption of diagnostic products.
• Identify and evaluate clinic pain points; design and implement workflow processes to improve customer experience.
• Provide onsite technical support, troubleshoot and resolve complex system problems for veterinary clinics and research settings.
