Job summary

Zoetis US is seeking a Diagnostics Technical Support Representative to assist End Users, Field Representatives, and Distribution Partners with configuration and connectivity integration on veterinary information systems. You will handle calls, emails, and voicemails, documenting cases and guiding users through troubleshooting.

The role requires strong customer service, problem solving, and technical aptitude, with knowledge of CRM/ERP tools and a willingness to travel occasionally. Remote U.S.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Computer Engineering or Software Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years software engineering and software support experience, preferably in a veterinary setting.
• Point of care diagnostic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming requests for technical support and provide prompt, accurate assistance for connectivity and information systems issues.
• Assist customers, regional managers, and partners in connectivity, product performance, and operations training.
• Initiate product returns for replacement, investigation, and repair with proper documentation.
• Place orders for troubleshooting, replacements, or customer accommodation as needed.
• Specialize in connectivity and integration issues; develop fault isolation processes and documentation.
• Provide guidance and training on connectivity topics to improve productivity and performance.
