Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Diagnostics Technical Specialist to deliver onsite support for veterinary clinics, labs, and academic settings across MA/RI. You will drive implementation, training, and optimization of diagnostics products to boost utilization and customer satisfaction.

Based in Providence, RI, you will travel up to 90% and partner with ABM/DSC teams to expand our product line within accounts, while maintaining strong technical and service excellence.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Veterinary Technology Program degree preferred.
• Credentialed Veterinary Technician preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel and Adobe.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the work week.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite support to clinics to improve utilization, adoption, and implementation time of diagnostic products.
• Identify clinic pain points and design workflow processes to enhance customer experience.
• Provide onsite technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex problems.
• Deliver product training and guidance to increase productivity and performance.
• Complete post-sale installation, validation, and operations training.
• Document daily activities and customer satisfaction data after visits.
• Collaborate with ABM and DSC to identify opportunities for additional analyzers.
• Travel to customer sites and participate in regional and national meetings.
