Zoetis is seeking a Diagnostics Technical Specialist to provide onsite support for veterinary clinics, laboratories, and academic settings in MA/RI. You will implement, train, and optimize diagnostics products while expanding adoption across accounts.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and customer satisfaction, with travel up to 90% and a base salary range of $69,000–$100,000 plus incentives. Zoetis offers comprehensive healthcare, 401(k) with match, and vacation time.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel and Adobe.
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of animal disease states preferred.
• Understanding of diagnostic products, instrumentation and clinic processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage success of relationships with assigned clinics to improve utilization and adoption of diagnostics.
• Identify and analyze clinic pain points, and design workflows to improve customer experience.
• Provide onsite technical support, troubleshooting and problem resolution for veterinary clients.
• Train clinics on product lines to increase productivity and performance.
• Complete detailed visit reports and summarize customer feedback.
