Job summary

Antech Diagnostics is seeking a Diagnostic Sales Manager to oversee a New Jersey territory, promoting Reference Lab services, imaging, and in-house diagnostics. You will collaborate with Equipment Specialists and SDx offerings to drive growth and renewals.

The role requires strong sales skills, travel up to 85% within the territory, and the ability to work with Inside Sales and regional leadership to close deals and expand the client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Animal Health, Biological Sciences, Lab Sciences or Business-related field.
• 3+ years of successful field sales experience in veterinary diagnostics preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; teams oriented and consultative selling approach.

Responsibilities

• Create territory coverage plans and perform 85%+ in-person sales calls to veterinary practices.
• Grow Diagnostic revenue across Reference Lab, Imaging, and In-house Diagnostics.
• Advance sales closures independently within the sales process.
• Develop quarterly sales plans to meet goals and compensation targets.
• Provide product education, training, and support at client sites and seminars.
• Identify client needs and source the best solutions across Antech services.
