Job summary

Antech Diagnostics is seeking a Diagnostic Sales Manager to lead a Memphis-based territory, promoting Antech Reference Lab services, in-house diagnostics, Telemedicine and imaging systems to veterinary practices. The DSM will be a trusted advisor, developing territory plans, conducting in-person visits, and driving growth through new accounts and renewals while managing costs and forecasting activity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful field sales experience in veterinary diagnostics.
• Bachelor's degree in Animal Health, Biological Sciences, Lab Sciences or Business-related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Create territory coverage plans and conduct 85%+ in-person sales calls.
• Increase diagnostic revenue through new accounts and upgrades.
• Negotiate contracts and manage pricing within guidelines.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM records and forecast sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote full portfolio.
