Job summary

Antech Diagnostics is seeking a Diagnostic Sales Manager to lead growth in the Lexington, Kentucky region. You will promote Reference Lab services, in-house diagnostics and imaging systems, while partnering with equipment specialists to close new business and renewals.

The role requires field-based activity, strong advisory skills, and a focus on achieving sales targets through strategic account management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of field sales experience in veterinary or related sector preferred.
• Proven track record in prospecting, pre-call planning and closing deals.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement territory coverage plans to optimize account reach.
• Conduct 85%+ in-person sales calls to hospitals and veterinarians.
• Grow diagnostics revenue across reference lab, imaging, and in-house services.
• Develop quarterly sales plans and drive contract closures.
• Provide product education, training, and service to customers.
