Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets, ensuring comfort and explaining preventive care
• Document pet histories and services in practice management software
• Schedule appointments and coordinate care with veterinarians
• Handle cash transactions and provide receipts
• Promote hospital services and products to clients
• Respond to client questions professionally and resolve complaints
• Maintain hospital cleanliness and collaboration with team for efficient care
