Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in CSR/receptionist or front-desk role.
• Experience discussing pricing with clients.
• Veterinary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the first and last impression for clients with compassionate service.
• Educate clients on preventive care and wellness plans.
• Schedule appointments and identify opportunities for same-day or future care.
• Collaborate with technicians, doctors, and leadership to keep the hospital running smoothly.
• Assist in training or mentoring new CSRs if interested in leadership.
