Virginia Tech is seeking a Community Practice Service Liaison to become a key member of the CPRAC team at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital in Blacksburg. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, coordinating calls and emails, and supporting the care team to ensure seamless communication and positive client experiences from initial contact through follow-up.

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in person and on the telephone.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience scanning, uploading, organizing, and managing documents.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
