Job summary

Heart of Chelsea Veterinary Group in New York is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients and their pets. You will deliver concierge-level service, guide clients on services, and coordinate with the medical team to ensure smooth patient care.

The role requires a high school diploma and patient-focused communication. Veterinary experience is a plus; familiarity with EzyVet is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; veterinary experience a plus.
• Experience with EzyVet or similar practice-management software preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and multi-line phone systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, empathetic client support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge-level client service by scheduling appointments and managing client/patient flow.
• Answer high-volume multi-line phone inquiries and provide information on services and care.
• Admit patients, maintain accurate records, and support daily hospital operations.
• Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and staff to ensure smooth communication.
• Build positive client relationships with professionalism and empathy.
