Dix Hills Animal Hospital, part of the Suveto network, is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative to join our team. As the first contact for clients, you will create a welcoming experience for clients and their pets through concierge-level service and coordination with our medical team.

This on-site role requires empathy, professionalism, and the ability to manage a high-volume phone system, schedule appointments, admit patients, maintain records, and support smooth hospital operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; veterinary experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with computer systems and multi-line phone systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and client service.
• Ability to provide compassionate support to clients in routine and sensitive situations.

We are seeking a full-time Client Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, this role is essential in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for clients and their pets through concierge-level service, knowledgeable guidance, and effective coordination with our medical team. THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION

Duties And Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge-level client service by scheduling appointments, managing patient flow for multiple doctors, and creating a welcoming experience for clients and their pets both in person and over the phone
• Manage a high-volume, multi-line phone system, triage client inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding hospital services, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
• Admit patients, maintain accurate medical and client records, and support efficient daily hospital operations
• Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and hospital staff to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and continuity of patient care
• Build positive client relationships through professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail while supporting the comfort and well-being of patients during their visit

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent required; client service experience preferred - veterinary experience a plus
• Proficiency with computer systems and multi-line phone systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and exceptional client service
• Ability to provide compassionate, empathetic support to clients during both routine and emotionally sensitive situations
