Job summary

Highway 30 Veterinary Clinic in Texas is seeking a Client Service Representative to deliver an exceptional client experience at the front desk.

You will handle appointments, records, payments, and communications, working under the Practice Manager and alongside Doctors.

Previous veterinary experience and a strong focus on client satisfaction are valued; weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Ability to work on weekends as required.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.
• Practices OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures per Practice Manager instructions and practice procedures.
• Ensures front desk and reception areas are clean and presentable for patients.
• Processes cash, checks, charge card payments and credit account payments.
• Schedules appointments adhering to Doctor preferences and clinic workflow.
• Updates client/patient files as needed and sends client correspondence.
• Sends reminder notices to clients and conducts timely follow-ups.
• Performs regular backup of computer systems and daily posting of business.
