Foothills Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to provide an exceptional client experience and support daily practice operations. You will manage the front desk, schedule appointments, and maintain client/patient records in a friendly, professional environment.

The role includes cash handling, processing payments, and ensuring a smooth patient flow from arrival to departure. Weekend availability may be required as part of rotating Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior CSR experience in a veterinary setting preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk and reception duties.
• Schedule clinic appointments and maintain calendar.
• Process payments and manage cash/credit transactions.
• Update client/patient records and ensure accuracy.
• Answer calls with professional etiquette and empathy.
