Qualifications

• Weekend work flexibility

• Previous veterinary customer service experience preferred
• Client satisfaction references preferred
• OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE

Responsibilities

• Open and close procedures as directed
• Maintain front desk areas and waiting room
• Process cash, checks, card payments, and credit accounts
• Schedule appointments per doctor preferences
• Update client/patient files and prepare client correspondence
• Send reminder notices and re-call clients as needed
• Back up computer system as directed
• Post daily business transactions
• Greet clients and patients warmly, ensuring a positive visit experience
• Answer incoming calls with proper etiquette
• Present medications and take-home items to clients
• Handle emergencies per clinic policies
• Address client concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction
