Job summary

Commencement Bay Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our busy veterinary team. The role focuses on front-desk customer service, appointment scheduling, and seamless communication with clients and the veterinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare setting; veterinary experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of communication for clients throughout their hospital experience.
• Provide friendly, professional, and compassionate customer service in person and over the phone.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Ask appropriate questions, gather information, and relay details clearly to the medical team.
• Manage client communications using strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and other client-service team members.
