Qualifications

• Two years of recent experience as a veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR).
• Experience with IDEXX Cornerstone practice management software is required.
• Familiarity with veterinary terminology and hospital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally.
• Answer phones and route calls appropriately; respond to voicemails promptly.
• Schedule appointments and manage a multi-doctor calendar.
• Check patients in and out; maintain accurate client/patient information.
• Process payments and review estimates with clients.
• Communicate hospital policies, pricing, and services clearly.
• Coordinate with veterinary technicians and doctors to support patient flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby; support daily workflow.
