MedVet is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) in San Jose to greet and check-in clients, manage medical records, and process payments while ensuring a compassionate, professional interactions throughout the client and patient journey.

The role requires excellent communication, data-entry accuracy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced veterinary environment with flexible hours and shift differential opportunities.

Client Service Representative (CSR)

Schedule: No set schedule, pick up shifts when available

Compensation

This position has an initial hiring range of $21 to $27 per hour based on skillset and experience. We support our evening and weekend caregivers with lucrative shift differentials:

• Hours worked from 8pm - 11:59pm = base pay + $4/hour
• Hours worked from 12am - 7:59am = base pay + $6/hour
• Hours worked on weekends (day or night) = base pay + $3/hour + any applicable differentials

Our Client Service Representatives have the first interaction with our clients providing superior service to ensure client interactions are facilitated smoothly, compassionately and effectively throughout their MedVet Experience.
