Quarry Ridge Animal Hospital in Ridgefield, CT seeks a Veterinary Client Service Representative (full or part time) to join a busy front desk team. You’ll greet clients, schedule appointments, and help explain treatment plans and invoices with compassion.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a veterinary or human medical office.
• Comfort with basic office technology: phones, card terminals, faxes, and spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with veterinary terminology.

• Ability to sit for extended periods and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, welcoming experience for every client in person or by phone.

• Maintain a clean, stocked front desk and lobby.
• Manage patient check-ins and admissions with accurate info.
