You will handle appointments, patient flow, and multi-line phones, while delivering compassionate client service and accurate payment processing.

The role is full-time with a 5/8 schedule, Monday through Friday, offering a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Front-desk experience in healthcare or veterinary settings preferred.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and assist in-person clients.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software; EzyVet preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Organized with good time management.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
• Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records.
• Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team.
• Remain calm, professional and solution-oriented during busy periods.
