VCA Delta Oaks Animal Hospital in Eugene, OR is seeking a Customer Service Representative to become the welcoming face of our four-doctor practice. You will help set the tone for every visit and build trust with pet parents.

In this full-time CSR role, you will greet clients, manage appointments, handle payments, and educate clients on basic pet care while supporting the hospital’s daily operations in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist them and their pets during visits.
• Answer and direct incoming calls and manage appointment scheduling.
• Explain services and fees, and process payments to clients.
• Educate clients on basic pet care and non-medical topics.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records and ensure hospital cleanliness.
