Job summary

DoveLewis Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hospital in Oregon is hiring full-time Client Service Representatives to join our Client Experience Team. You will be the primary contact for clients and their pets in a fast-paced emergency setting.

Applicants must have at least 1 year of high-volume, in-person customer service experience, the ability to manage competing priorities, and strong computer skills. Responsibilities include in-person and phone interactions, appointment scheduling, cash

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of high-volume, in-person customer service experience.
• Ability to handle high-stress interactions with professionalism and empathy.
• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to type at least 45 WPM while actively engaging with clients.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced situations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their pets in a high-volume ER environment.
• Manage in-person interactions, multi-line phones, and administrative duties concurrently.
• Coordinate with medical staff and external partners to ensure smooth workflows.
• Prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure in urgent situations.
