Job summary

MedVet is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our emergency and specialty team in Austin. The CSR will be the first point of contact, greeting clients and guiding pets through the visit with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities include answering calls, processing payments, managing records, and keeping the lobby welcoming. Prior veterinary front-desk experience preferred, with strong communication and multitasking skills to support a fast-paced clinic.
