Job summary

All About Animals Pet Clinic is seeking a Veterinary Client Services Representative for a part-time schedule. You will greet clients and pets, schedule appointments, and handle calls, emails, and texts with warmth and professionalism.

You will collaborate with medical, boarding, and grooming teams to ensure clear communication, maintain accurate records, and process invoices and payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Helpful: veterinary/medical/healthcare experience, reception or hospitality experience, familiarity with vet software and terminology.

PAY

Starting at $17/hour, with higher compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

SCHEDULE

Part-time weekday shifts, anticipated to be 10:00 AM–3:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility. Exact days and hours will be discussed during the hiring process.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Welcome clients and pets with warmth, and create a thoughtful experience from the first phone call through checkout.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate patient care, and keep the day organized as priorities change.
• Answer calls, emails, and text messages with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.
• Help clients understand our services, preventive care recommendations, and financing options, connecting medical questions with the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate records and process invoices and payments carefully.
• Work closely with our medical, boarding, and grooming teams so clients receive clear, consistent communication.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of customer service experience

Helpful, but not required:

• Veterinary, medical, dental, or other healthcare experience
• Reception or hospitality experience
• Familiarity with ezyVet or other veterinary software and veterinary terminology
