All About Animals Pet Clinic in Mahomet, IL, is seeking a Veterinary Client Services Representative to warmly welcome clients and manage front-desk duties. The role supports families from first contact through checkout, coordinating appointments, answering calls, and explaining services and financing options.

The position is full-time with varying shifts. Ideal candidates have at least one year in customer service, a high school diploma, and comfort with veterinary software.

Qualificações

• Healthcare or veterinary software experience (ezyVet or similar) preferred.
• Reception or hospitality experience encouraged.

• Schedule appointments, coordinate patient care, and keep the day organized as priorities change.
• Answer calls, emails, and text messages with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.
• Help clients understand our services, preventive care recommendations, and financing options, connecting medical questions with the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate records and process invoices and payments carefully.
• Work closely with our medical, boarding, and grooming teams so clients receive clear, consistent communication.

Veterinary Client Services Representative — Full-time

PAY

Starting at $17/hour, with higher compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

SCHEDULE

Four weekday shifts, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM, plus a rotating Saturday shift, 8:00 AM–10:00 AM.

As a Client Services Representative, you help families navigate everything from a new puppy’s first visit to difficult decisions about a beloved companion. Your ability to listen, solve problems, and create calm makes a difference long before a pet enters the exam room.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of customer service experience

Helpful, but not required:

• Veterinary, medical, dental, or other healthcare experience
• Reception or hospitality experience
• Familiarity with ezyVet or other veterinary software and veterinary terminology
