Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route messages to the appropriate staff.
• Greet clients, schedule appointments, and provide information on services and fees.
• Maintain neat reception area and accurate client/patient records in the system.
• Process payments, balance cash drawer, and prepare deposits as needed.
• Communicate preventive care plans and hospital policies to clients.
• Assist with front desk tasks and support staff as necessary.
