Qualifications

• HS Diploma or educational equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional and friendly phone etiquette.
• Very detail-oriented and accurate recordkeeping.
• Preferred: experience with Veterinary EMR systems (e.g., Avimark, Cornerstone, Ezyvet).
• Preferred: one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and route messages to staff.
• Greet clients and ensure a welcoming, helpful atmosphere.
• Schedule appointments and manage a computerized calendar.
• Process payments and handle cash accuracy at day-end.
• Maintain client records and medical records accurately.
• Communicate with clients about invoices, policies, and care instructions.
• Assist with front desk tasks and keep public areas tidy.
