Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
• Managing a multi-line phone system: answer questions, schedule appointments, route messages.
• Check clients in/out, manage invoices, process payments, balance daily drawer.
• Maintain clear, concise communication via phone, email, and text.
• Assist clients with pharmacy pickups, prescription food orders, and basic care inquiries.
• Update and maintain electronic medical records with high attention to detail.
