BluePearl Pet Hospital in Southfield, MI is seeking extraordinary Client Service Coordinators to join our team. This role requires greeting clients, triaging arrivals, and providing compassionate support in a fast-paced veterinary setting.

You will be the first point of contact, ensuring clients receive accurate appointment information, calming assistance, and resources for grieving pet owners. Flexible shifts include 10am-6pm, 2pm-10pm, and 9pm-5am.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Clear, calm communication with clients and on the phone.
• Ability to assess arrival needs and triage emergencies when needed.
• Provide accurate appointment details and prep instructions to clients.
• Offer emotional support and resources to grieving clients.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients with warmth and professional acknowledgement at entry.
• Speak clearly and calmly to clients in person and by phone.
• Assess each client and pet on arrival to determine urgency (stat vs standard).
• Confirm all appointments and communicate preparation steps to clients.
• Serve as liaison between clients and service teams during pet care and aftercare.
