Job summary

BluePearl Veterinary Partners in California is hiring an extraordinary Client Service Coordinator. You will be the first BluePearl Associate that the client sees, ensuring each client receives the care and attention they need.

You must stay calm and compassionate in emotional situations, greet clients warmly, assess emergencies, confirm appointments, and offer emotional support and resources to grieving clients. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Assess arrival and emergency status.
• Confirm appointments and inform clients.

• Act as liaison between clients and service agencies.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with eye contact and a warm, professional acknowledgement.
• Maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor at all times.
• Listen with empathy and communicate clearly.
• Determine if an arrival is stat or standard emergency.
• Answer non-patient calls and connect to the right team member.
• Confirm appointment details and guide client preparation.
• Provide emotional support and resources to grieving clients.
• Liaise with service agencies during pet remains handling.
