BluePearl Pet Hospital in Stone Oak, TX is seeking an experienced Client Service Coordinator. You will be the first point of contact, greeting clients with warmth, offering empathy, and coordinating appointments for their pets.

Responsibilities include assessing arrivals, determining urgency, relaying information to the team, and providing support to grieving clients. Veterinary client service experience is preferred in this fast-paced emergency setting.

Formación

• Experience in customer service; veterinary setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients warmly at hospital entry and acknowledge them professionally.
• Speak clearly, slowly, and calmly in person and on the phone.
• Assess client and pet needs on arrival, determine urgency (stat vs standard).
• Confirms all appointments and provides prep instructions to clients.
• Provide emotional support and resources to grieving clients with discretion.
