Responsibilities

• Prepare vaccine records, lab submissions, and health certificates.
• Keep clients informed and connected with our doctors and technicians.
• Help keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting.
• Build lasting relationships with the pet parents who trust us.

What You'll Do

What We're looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Veterinary or medical office experience a plus, but not required - we'll train the right person!

The Details

• Fast-paced hospital environment with plenty of animal (and people) interaction
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and sit or stand for extended periods
• Hourly position with overtime eligibility
