Sharon Vet Clinic is seeking a Client Service Representative Supervisor to lead our reception team, manage client communications, and support scheduling and patient flow. You will serve as the first and last contact for clients while guiding the team to provide exceptional care and service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of customer service experience, at least 1 year in veterinary settings, and leadership experience. Benefits include health plans, retirement options, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a veterinary setting is required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the reception team to ensure smooth client flow.

• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and processing of payments.
