VCA Veterinary Referral & Emergency Center is seeking a seasoned Client Service Supervisor to join the leadership team. This role oversees front-office client service, staff coaching, and daily operations to ensure exceptional patient care and client satisfaction.

The position requires supervisory experience, a friendly demeanor with animals and people, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent client service and communication center operations.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Strong client relations and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate to expert computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong supervisory skills with leadership experience.
• Self-starter and team player.
• Experience in the veterinary field preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• 2 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day client service areas of front office and department relations.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff.
• Assist Office Manager with daily operations.
• Resolve informal client complaints and report issues to the hospital manager.
