Job summary

Tampa Bay Veterinary Specialists & Emergency Care Center is seeking an experienced Client Service Supervisor to lead our Client Service team in a fast-paced specialty and emergency environment.

You will coach staff, balance outstanding client service with strong operational execution, and collaborate closely with veterinary and leadership teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of veterinary client service or related customer service experience.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Specialty and/or emergency veterinary experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership and support to the Client Service team.
• Coordinate workflow and staffing to ensure appropriate front desk and phone coverage.
• Coach, train, and develop Client Service Representatives.
• Serve as a resource for the team when handling challenging or escalated client situations.
• Partner with veterinary, medical, and leadership teams to ensure effective communication and a seamless client experience.
• Help ensure consistent execution of hospital policies, procedures, financial processes, scheduling, and client communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and the overall client experience.
• Provide direct CSR/front desk support when hospital volume or staffing needs require it.
