Job summary

Tampa Bay Veterinary Specialists & Emergency Care Center (TBVS) is seeking a Client Service Supervisor to lead and develop our Client Service team in a fast-paced specialty and emergency environment. You will balance exceptional client service with strong operational execution and staff coaching.

In this role you will coordinate front desk or phone coverage, mentor CSRs, and partner with veterinary teams to deliver a seamless client experience while upholding hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of veterinary client service or related customer service experience.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the Client Service team.
• Coordinate workflow and staffing to ensure front desk and phone coverage.
• Coach, train, and develop Client Service Representatives.
• Serve as a resource for escalated client situations.
• Partner with veterinary, medical, and leadership teams for seamless client experience.
• Ensure consistent execution of hospital policies, procedures, and financial processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and overall client experience.
• Provide direct CSR/front desk support during high-volume periods.
