• Proficiency in Impromed or similar practice management software.

• Strong customer service, de‑escalation, and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team, conducting shift huddles and ensuring coverage around the clock.
• Oversee invoicing, payments, refunds, and registration paperwork in Impromed for accuracy.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience with clear communication on wait times and discharge instructions.
• Keep operations running smoothly by supervising check-in/out, appointment flow, and interdepartmental coordination.
