Job summary

Day Heights Veterinary Clinic, part of the Suveto network, is seeking a full-time Client Services Representative to join our front desk team. You will greet clients, check patients in/out, schedule rechecks, and manage the flow of the clinic.

We value clear communication, teamwork, and a compassionate approach as you support doctors and staff. A high school diploma and veterinary client-service experience are preferred; computer literacy is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in client services.
• At least 1 year working within a veterinary field preferred.
• Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients at the front desk and check patients in/out.
• Schedule rechecks and manage visitor sign-in for vendors.
• Know vaccination protocol and common veterinary terms.
• Oversee clinic flow and assist with daily administrative duties.
• Assist clients with euthanasia paperwork and aftercare process.
• Discuss payment options with clients.
• Respond to client texts/emails and handle medical records requests.
• Maintain knowledge of extension numbers to reach staff across the network.
