HUB Veterinary Group is seeking a Client Service Representative to warmly greet clients, manage the front desk, and support veterinarians. The role requires strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn medical terminology.

The ideal candidate will handle appointments, payments, and records, while maintaining a welcoming reception area. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is required.
• Experience in a veterinary setting is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong conflict resolution abilities in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients in person and on the phone with a friendly attitude.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and offering support.
• Manage front desk tasks: scheduling, payments, and record-keeping.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area for clients and pets.
• Assist veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks and paperwork.
