Job summary

Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists is seeking a motivated Client Service Representative for our Webster, TX satellite location. You will welcome clients, assist with appointments, and support emergency and specialty teams with empathy and professionalism.

Your duties include educating clients and referring veterinarians, scheduling, handling reminders and follow-ups, and maintaining accurate client/pet records. Fluent English is required; veterinary reception experience is a plus.

• Record keeping: accurately update and maintain client/pet records with attention to detail.
