Ethos Veterinary Health in Mission, KS is seeking a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team. You will welcome clients, manage medical records, and guide clients on services while coordinating appointments, emergencies, and payments.

You will help maintain accurate client/pet records, support the team, and ensure compassionate service in a fast-paced hospital environment with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner
• Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately
• Educate clients regarding MVES/OVES services and practices
• Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests while maintaining high quality of care and satisfaction
• Process invoices and payments accurately
• Update and maintain client/pet records in compliance with hospital requirements
• Assist with administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, emailing
• Support team to reach common goals
• Recognize when to seek guidance in client-related cases outside protocol
