Job summary

VetEvolve is seeking a Client Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service for clients and their pets. You will manage check-ins/outs, maintain records, and coordinate with veterinarians and staff to ensure smooth hospital operations.

The role requires strong communication, data entry accuracy, and a compassionate demeanor, with flexible hours to support the practice’s schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with animals is valued.
• Proficiency with practice management software and basic scheduling tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly and deliver empathetic service.
• Check-in/out patients and coordinate with hospital staff on status and flow.
• Maintain client communications via phone, email, and mail; follow up as needed.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; triage based on urgency.
• Explain hospital services, vaccines, diagnostics, and aftercare to clients.
• Handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with billing and payments.
• Support veterinarians and technicians in patient care and admin tasks.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols and assist with opening/closing duties.
