Job summary

Bayview Animal Clinic in Webster, NY is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our full-time team. You will engage clients via phone, email and in person, manage appointments, and assist with billing and records.

This role supports clinicians and hospital operations in a fast-paced, pet-focused environment. The ideal candidate brings 6+ months of customer service experience, a High School diploma or equivalent (AAS preferred), and is comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; AAS or higher preferred.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Veterinary hospital experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model for Bayview Animal Clinic values and collaborate with management to foster teamwork.
• Demonstrate leadership and staff development for CSR team.
• Understand and apply clinic policies and procedures.
• Enhance customer service through process improvements and client education.
• Handle general client complaints and follow-up, verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in hospital procedures, fees, and computer information systems.
• Keep the hospital orderly and clean.
