Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative for Bayview Animal Clinic in Webster, NY. This full-time role requires 30–40 hours weekly, including some weekends and holidays, with responsibilities spanning client communication, payments, scheduling, and prescription handling.

The ideal candidate brings a passion for excellent customer service, comfort with hospital procedures, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced veterinary setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a veterinary setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, team members and management.
• Comfort with hospital procedures and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model and foster teamwork within the clinic.
• Process client payments and update medical records accurately.
• Schedule appointments and assist with prescription calls.
• Maintain a clean, orderly clinic environment and assist staff as needed.
