Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Bayview Animal Clinic values; fosters teamwork with staff and managers.
• Oversees CSR staff recruitment, training, and evaluations; ensures coverage.
• Streamlines processes and enhances client education and service.
• Handles client complaints with effective follow-up and documentation.
• Uses hospital procedures, fees, and information systems accurately.
• Keeps hospital orderly and clean; supports overall operations.
• Communicates with clients by phone, email, and in person; listens actively.
